Markus F. Jebsen

Executive Chairman of the MF Jebsen Group, Markus Jebsen, a direct descendant of Jacob Jebsen, was born in Hong Kong and received his primary and secondary education in Hong Kong and Denmark. In 1981 he took an apprenticeship with Jebsen & Jessen, Hamburg, an import and export trading company, and then continued his studies at New York University 's Gallatin Division majoring in Marketing Management.
After working for Bose GmbH, Germany for three years, Markus Jebsen joined Jebsen & Co., Ltd in 1993 and became Chairman of the MF Jebsen Group in 2002.

Clifford K. F. Wong - Deputy Group Managing Director |
Clifford joined the Group in 2003 and was appointed Group Executive Director in 2006 and Deputy Group Managing Director in 2010. Clifford initially looked after the Group’s investment, finance and legal matters. Thereafter he took on the role of Managing Director for the Group’s insurance division and the consumer electronics division.
Clifford holds a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting major) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.
Prior to joining the Group, Clifford was an investment banker with BNP Paribas Peregrine and a corporate finance lawyer with Johnson Stokes & Master. |

Uwe Petersen
- Non-Executive Director |
Uwe Petersen was born in Germany and received his education there. In 1954 he took an apprenticeship with Flensburger Privatbank in Flensburg, Germany.
In 1957 he joined Jebsen & Co Ltd as an accountant and was appointed Group Director in 1969, a position he still holds today.
In 2002 he helped establish the MF Jebsen Group of Companies and was appointed a Non-Executive Director in 2003.

Alvin Miu - Group Chief Financial & Operating Officer

Alvin joined the Group in 2010 as Group CFO & COO. As CFO he oversees the financial health of the whole Group. As COO he is responsible for implementing the strategies that the Directors have set the companies within the Group.
A graduate from The University of Sydney with Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws (Hons), Alvin also holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, The University of Pennsylvania.
Before joining the MF Jebsen Group, Alvin worked with the A.S. Watson Group (retail division of Hutchison Whampoa Ltd) in a number of senior finance and management positions. Prior to that, Alvin was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and A.T. Kearney.
